Watch Jack Black Turn into R.L. Stein in this Goosebumps Trailer
Jack Black has been off the screen recently, but this Halloween he will be coming back playing R.L. Stine in the book-based movie, Goosebumps. When I was in fourth grade I downloaded all of the Goosebumps books and read them until the words on the page got fuzzy at 2 AM. Knowing that one of my favorite actors will be playing one of my favorite authors is a dream come true. The plot of the story is that a boy and his mom move into a new town and they are neighbors with Stine himself and his teenage daughter. Stine has all of his books under lock and key because if you open it the scary character from the book will escape into the real world. The mission of the movie is to suck all of the characters back into their book before the world as we know it is gone. I can't wait until this movie comes out, it's going to be a great jumpstart for Halloween. Goosebumps will be released in theaters on October 16th.
