Raven Symone Joins The View
Raven Symone has been entertaining for a long time from The Cosby Show to That’s So Raven she will now add a new show to her list: The View. In 2006 after I left one of my many dance classes, I met Raven. Back then she was still known as Raven Baxter from her hit Disney Channel show That’s So Raven. I was definitely star struck and have been a fan ever since. Whoopi Goldberg announced on June 10th that Symone will now permanently be a part of the daytime talk show. Raven’s words on joining the show were: "I am so happy. I remember coming on The View when I was 15 years old for the first Cheetah Girls," Raven said. "I'm very happy to be sitting with these smart, talented mentors." I will be turning over to The View a lot more now that one of my favorite celebrities will be hosting the show alongside many other talented women.
