Pamper Yourself Right Now!
If your like me you are going through your 3rd quarter of school and tired as heck all the time. I've been up until 2AM stuDYING and getting up in the morning drinking two or more cups of coffee just to get through 5th period. The weekend is my only time of sanctuary so I find every moment to pamper myself.
If you're like me when your tired and stressed you begin to breakout. I use a Mary Kay face mask and run a hot bath (If I'm lucky I use a LUSH bath bomb!!).
I connect my phone to my speaker and put on all of my favorite songs from the 70's and 80's this helps me relax.
Ok, baking has never been my thing so instead of going through the long process of baking one of my favorite desserts, baklava, I order some and feast on it throughout the weekend.
Another thing I do is snuggle up with a good book (that IS NOT school related) my personal suggestion is Me Before You by Jojo Moyes, be prepared to cry.
But most of all I sleep. Sleep is the absolute best way to pamper yourself after a busy week of being the fabulous you!
