Melissa Rivers Follows Mother’s Footsteps
Anyone who’s anyone knows that the best part to any award show is watching Fashion Police afterwards. We all love to see what the world’s top fashion gurus have to say on our favorite celebrities outfits from the night before. However ever since Joan Rivers passed away in 2014 the show just hasn’t been the same. When Kathy Griffin resigned, the role of “Joan” was once again gone. But today E! made a big announcement: Joan River’s daughter, Mellissa Rivers, will be following her mother’s footsteps and join the show. I (Kennedy) don’t think Mellissa will be a good replacement. She seems way too shy and has never been on TV for reality or anything in the “showbiz business” so she has zero experience. Since I am an avid watcher of Fashion Police I hope Mellissa will prove me wrong…but let’s face it no one can ever replace Joan.
