It's no secret that I like old things. Music, movies, fashion, accessories, and of course TV shows. I use Summer as a time to not only relax but catch up on shows, books, and movies that I never have time for during the busy school/track year. I know that I have said this before but guys I found a hidden gem called My So-Called Life.
If you are like my family you are saying "What the heck is that?". My So-Called Life was a 90's TV show focusing on teens in high school who dealt with sex, drugs, love, and family/friend issues. The cast consists of a young Claire Danes, her friends Rickie and Rayanne, and a young (super hot) Jared Leto. If I'm completely honest that is what drew me to the show, I mean look at his face (it's my current screensaver):
Sadly, the show was canceled after only 19 episodes but they were full of some of the best life lessons, craziest fashion statements, and the best high school love story.
I feel like I would be doing a disservice to my readers if I didn't tell you about this show. All of the episodes are online and I urge you to go watch it. I watched all 19 in one sitting and I've never laughed, cried, and then laughed again so much. Check it out and tell me what you think.
